Sacred Sound
A Sound Bath Meditation for Black History Month
Sunday | February 23rd at 4PM PST | 5PM MST | 6PM CST | 7PM EST
Join Key Ocho for a deeply restorative virtual experience designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit through the power of sound healing, meditation, and self-reflection.
In honor of Black History Month, this gathering offers a sacred space to breathe, rest, and reflect—a moment to honor the Black leaders, past and present, who inspire us, while also turning inward to connect with your own wisdom. Through stillness and sound, you are invited to release what no longer serves you and embrace the strength, resilience, and power within.
The experience will include:
A soothing sound bath to restore and balance the energy
Guided meditation to deepen self-awareness
Journaling prompts to facilitate introspection and healing.
Together, we will reflect, share, and support one another on our journeys of growth and empowerment.
