Sacred Reflections:

A BIPOC Women’s Meditation Circle

Saturday | January 11th at 9AM PST | 10AM MST | 11AM CST | 12PM EST

Join Key Ocho for a transformative virtual event designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit through a powerful blend of sound healing, meditation, journaling, and shared reflections.
This safe and sacred space invites BIPOC women to connect deeply with their inner wisdom, release what no longer serves them, and tap into their unique power.
The experience will include:
  • A soothing sound bath to restore and balance the energy
  • Guided meditation to deepen self-awareness
  • Journaling prompts to facilitate introspection and healing.
Together, we will reflect, share, and support one another on our journeys of growth and empowerment.
